A typical schedule includes well-child checks at ages:

2-4 weeks

Once a year until the child reaches 21 years

Appointments are preferred and walk-ins are welcome.

NHHC Pediatrics recommends the pediatric vaccine schedule approved by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for all eligible children.

Bring a list of all medications your child is taking, including over-the-counter and prescription drugs, and include the dosage and strength for each.

For our providers to provide the best care coordination for your child, it is very important we receive comprehensive health information about your child’s past and current health.

Please bring all of your child’s previous medical records and request that any additional records from previous providers are sent to our office. These include immunization records, growth charts, medical diagnosis notes, etc.
